Costs and shipping
ArtCreatiu will prepare the order once payment is confirmed by the customer. The shipping cost will be according to the option chosen by the customer and according to ArtCreatiu promotions. All orders placed on the same day before 9 PM will be shipped from our warehouse the next business day. Orders that come in after 9 PM will be shipped within 48 business hours. If it's Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, the purchase will be shipped the next business day from Monday to Friday.

Returns
The customer has a period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal or, in other words, to return the order. For this purpose, the date indicated on the delivery receipt will be computed as the start date of such period.
The cost of returns will be borne by the customer, returning the products with their original packaging, unused, without defects or other causes that prevent them from being returned. Once we receive the return, we will review that the products are in the same state they were sent to the customer, and if everything is correct, the customer will be refunded the total amount of the returned products. In case we receive the return of the products and they are damaged, opened or with defects, we will contact the customer to find an immediate solution.
If the products sent to the customer have any defect, the return costs will be borne by ArtCreatiu. Once the defective product is received, the full refund will be made in the same payment method or check for the amount of the product or the substitution of the product provided there is available stock.
Purchase cancellation for order union
Orders made with the customer's request to save the order(s) can only be cancelled if the customer informs us by email at info@artcreatiu.com and within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Through our carriers with delivery to the address informed by the customer and with 24/48h business delivery from the departure of our warehouse.
Transport Options
NACEX Courier 24/48h Peninsula / Portugal
The delivery time is 24/48 business hours, Monday to Friday, not holidays or vacation closures, and counting from the departure from the warehouse with prior payment of the purchase. In case of placing the order on Friday, being Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays, the purchase will leave for the next business day from Monday to Friday. The delivery time by the transport company will be until 7 PM.
The delivery of orders will be made to the delivery address indicated by the buyer during the order formalization. In case of absence, a package arrival notice will be left so that the user contacts the courier company to determine a new delivery date. If the buyer does not contact the transport company within fifteen days, the products will be returned to ArtCreatiu.
If the buyer wanted the products to be sent again, they must pay again the shipping costs of this second delivery. The transport cost will be fixed according to current configuration up to 2kg.

If the buyer does not contact the transport company within fifteen days, the products will be returned to ArtCreatiu. If the buyer wanted the products to be sent again, they must pay again the shipping costs of this second delivery. The costs will be according to the delivery country and will be informed once registered.

The most convenient option for your shipments with the union of your purchases.
Before finalizing your purchase, the system will give you the option to mark SAVE ORDER.
If you have indicated that we save your order, you can make all the purchases you want. In the purchase process you will have the option to join your new order with the first one you made.
If between the first order or with those you are joining, you reach the amount of €75 or more in products, shipping is totally free. In case that in the first order you have not reached the amount for free shipping, when making the union of the rest of orders with the first one, if the sum of the amount informed in purchases reaches €75, the shipping amount will be subtracted from the last order that adds up to the free shipping amount, this process is totally automatic.
You decide when we send you the order. At ArtCreatiu we don't set limits and you will be able to save your orders until you inform us. You can indicate shipping in the comments option of the last order you make or by sending us an email to info@artcreatiu.com.
With the order union you can add the products you want and not miss out on the month's novelties, or discounts on products, we keep them together with the rest of the orders.
Receive all your orders in one, this way you won't have to wait for the delivery person every time you place an order.

Product reservations – Conditions
At Artcreatiu we offer the option of product reservation. This means that when we announce through our WhatsApp newsletter the arrival of a specific brand, you can ask us to bring you certain products, assuming a purchase commitment.
When you request a product on reserve, Artcreatiu will manage it as long as the brand has stock. Once the product arrives and is available in the store —whether for immediate dispatch or with an approximate shipping date—, you must complete the purchase within a maximum of 48 business hours. Payment within this period confirms the definitive reservation of the product.
If after 48 business hours the product has not been purchased, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the item will become available for general sale.
If you cannot make the purchase within that period, it is essential that you let us know as soon as possible so we can agree on a new purchase date.
Surprise boxes
Surprise boxes contain a selection of articles for scrapbooking cards. Random products will be added to it, among these products you can find stamps, inks, markers, pencils, papers, eyelets, etc. The box can be composed either of a variety of different materials or only stamps from different brands available in the store. New products or recently uploaded to the store will not be included. Returns are not accepted for surprise boxes.
The total value of the material will be understood by the value of the chosen surprise box:

Surprise box #3 valued at 60€
In those orders that add store products plus the surprise box, everything will be sent in the same shipping box, this way we all contribute to caring for the environment.
